This whole universe is made up of energy. We're made of energy. What we focus on is concentrated energy! So bad habits, manifest lower energy and good ones higher energy. Think about where you place your energy on a daily basis? Is it in a place where it will benefit you most or is it primarily what you fear? On the scale of love the lower degree of love is hate. So you're not focused on being less hateful but posses a loving heart. Repetition of affirmative phrases during times of challenges will bring the subconscious mind in alignment with what you aspire. First, one must let go of all reserved negative habits and all energy that produces nothing from nothing. With the release of this energy we set ourselves up for success in every way. Your magnetic pull of the things you want will manifest with ease. The universe will aid you by bringing the right people and the right situations in your life.
